1. General

The License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the Digital work (Software, Design and graphics packages, graphic templates) you have selected. You are licensed to use the Digital work to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”). If the selected license does not permit otherwise.


  1. You can create an End Product for a client, and this license is then transferred from you to your client.
  2. You can modify or manipulate the Digital work.


  1. You can’t re-distribute the Digital work as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Digital work either on its own or bundled with other Digital works, and even if you modify the Digital work. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Digital work as-is or with superficial modifications.
  2. You can’t use the Digital work in any application allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application. You can use the Digital work in this way only if you purchase a separate license for each final product incorporating the Digital work that is created using the application.
  3. You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Digital work and use it separately from the End Product.


4. Warranty and Liability

Digital works are made in the hope that they will be useful, but without any guarantees.

Under no circumstances shall the site owner (seller, site administrator) be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits resulting from the use or inability to use materials this site, even if the site owner (seller, site administrator) or authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for maintenance, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs associated therewith.

Inasmuch as CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) functions correctly on a clean install of itself, Digital work is guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) for Digital works and extensions. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using Digital works. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.


5. Delivery

The purchase and delivery of goods in the online store occurs automatically (with the exception of Digital services). Goods are issued as a link to files in the buyer’s personal account, intended for independent downloading and independent use.

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your product is available in your account area. You can download the Digital work by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the Digital work and clicking on the appropriate link.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through admin@web-zone.org contact to request your purchase information.

All “Digital services” are carried out by agreement, within the period specified between the seller and the buyer in writing (by e-mail admin@web-zone.org or the interface of the seller’s website)

When paying for the goods, the buyer undertakes to indicate the correct data for which the goods will be issued. If incorrect data is indicated, namely the electronic address (e-mail), the seller is not responsible for the impossibility of using the purchased goods, and does not guarantee the buyer’s access to the goods in a short time. 6. Support and updates

Digital work is distributed “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

Support and updates for digital works sold and distributed on this site are available only to those who have a valid paid license.


7. Return policy

We make our digital works with extreme care and launch them only after thorough-repeated testing, so we strongly believe that our products will work without any issue. If you find any issue, we are available to help you solve the issue resulting from any number of reasons.

In the case the digital works you purchased didn’t work properly as advertised and we couldn’t resolve the issue, we, will offer a full refund within 15 days of the purchase. However, since the themes are digitally delivered and are non-tangible goods, we can offer refund full or partial only if the item(s) you purchased is broken, not working properly, or truly missing features as advertised on the sales page of the item you purchased. Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will issue a refund.

Since, the product has its own demo, documentation, features comparison table, etc, you agree to study these resources, before placing an order, to evaluate the product feasibility, support terms, updates, licensing scopes, etc.

By purchasing digital works from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.


8. Price Policy

The seller (site administrator, online store) reserves the right to change, cancel or renew the subscription to Digital work and / or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices for all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.


9. Copyright

All Digital work on this site is the property of the site owner (seller, site administrator). It is strictly forbidden to claim any intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products.
